We are planning three wonderful events for homeschooling families from all across the United States to participate in. Our Mega Meet kicks off the beginning of The Ultimate Field Trip and is scheduled to take place on Monday September 5th, 2011. This year we are adding a Downtown Disney Scavenger Hunt during the week. Saturday September 10th we will meet for breakfast at ‘Ohana’s. Afterwards 3D Travel Company will be transporting families to volunteer at Give Kids the World.
The Ultimate Field Trip – 2011 is in its 7th year – we have many returning families each year and look forward to meeting our new families as well. We've been so blessed in our trips in years past that we're excited to have the opportunity to enjoy a trip together in September and begin a new tradition of celebrating our homeschool graduates each spring.
The first two weeks of September have the lowest crowds of the year at Walt Disney World. The weather is summer-warm and the discounts are deep. All of this adds up to a wonderful stay.

Special events are planned three times during your stay at Walt Disney World in 2011. We’ll have a mega meet where you can meet the agent who took such good care of you, collect some goodies and some fun and ask those last few questions before heading out to a week of fun. Midweek we’ll enjoy an active scavenger hunt. Don’t worry, you can check your kids in with us if you’re ready to sit down! Finally, we’ll enjoy a character breakfast at the end of the week and those who would like to can volunteer a day to give back some of their blessings at the Give Kids The World resort, just nearby.

When you submit a registration form for The Ultimate Field Trip 2009 we will immediately put a 7 day courtesy hold with Disney for your package*. We will send you a copy of this to look over and verify that it is exactly what you want before any payment is applied. A $200 deposit is due to Walt Disney Travel Company by the end of that 7 day period to keep your package choices.
