The first two weeks of September have the lowest crowds of the year at Walt Disney World. The weather is summer-warm and the discounts are deep. All of this adds up to a wonderful stay. But wait, there's more!
Disney's Magical Beginnings Program offers Little Ones Travel Time : something special only found this time of year. Experience a special hour of Magic in the Magic Kingdom where you could play "Peter says" with Peter Pan or ride Dumbo with Stitch! You can also enjoy special concerts from Playhouse Disney characters.
Night of Joy is a two night, Contemporary Christian concert offered on the first weekend of September each year.
No matter what curriculum you use, you have to appreciate sneaky school – where your kids have a great time and they don't even know that they're learning! Our family gets so much educational value out of our trips to Walt Disney World. We interact with people from different countries in the World Showcase and learn about science (and trigger theme plans on different science themes) while we're in Future World, both in Epcot. We've also studied history at the Magic Kingdom, Biology at Animal Kingdom and Art at Disney's Hollywood Studios (while it was still called MGM!) Oh! And when their friends fire questions at them about why they homeschool, "Because we get to go to Walt Disney World." Seems like a perfectly acceptable answer!
Our adventure began in 2005 with only a few families attending. From there we have grown to over 400 traveling each of the last two years including families from over 20 states! In that time we have done much to improve the experience and ease for our group, not the least of which that our team has expanded from just one agent to a team of eight. Exactly 180 days before you arrive at Walt Disney World your agent will rise with the sun and make reservations for your dining experiences, ensuring you will have the best choices available. And, when specials are released your agent will be up early again rebooking you at the new rate. Calling early gives you the greatest chance of dining at a prime location and time. Even more importantly, because we know the specials before you do, you are much more likely to get exactly what you want at the best price available. We will rebook you as many times as it takes to get you the very best trip for your family.
From the time you submit your registration until the time you make your departure from Walt Disney World, you will be pampered by being part of The Ultimate Field Trip. We will take care of getting you the best deal for your Disney dollars, and you will be able to experience Disney in a way few people get to do with special experiences and options only available to our group. We'll walk you through each step to help you get the best trip for your family and you can be as much or as little of a part of our group as you would like! When you submit a registration form for The Ultimate Field Trip 2008 we will immediately put a 10 day courtesy hold with Disney for your package. We will send you a copy of this to look over and verify that it is exactly what you want before any payment is applied. A $200 deposit is due to Walt Disney Travel Company by the end of that 10 day period to keep your package choices. The remainder of your package will be due on or before July 10th. All special events must be paid for by June 1st and merchandise must be paid for at the time you order it.
